Compliance

Land Gorilla’s Appraisal Management Division specializes in providing underwriter ready appraisal reports to ensure compliance with CFPB, USPAP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA and HUD. Land Gorilla is also a direct submitter to the UCDP and EAD portals.

Quality Control

Land Gorilla performs a Quality Control review on each appraisal evaluating USPAP guidelines, appraiser compliance rule-sets, investor guidelines, mortgage fraud detection, licensing verification, client specific rules, and lender overlays.
