An accurate inspection report gives our customers a tool to track the work being completed.

The role of the inspector is to observe and report on construction projects. The inspection consists of taking photos and providing statements about what you observed. Land Gorilla's mobile friendly web app is the quickest and easiest way to complete reports and take photos.
We also provide downloadable forms to take onsite notes on paper. You can upload and label your photos and input the percentage complete along with your notes or comments. Using your construction knowledge and objective judgement, you fill out the completion of each line item on the report.
The photos, item percentages and comments will be reviewed in Land Gorilla’s Quality Control (QC) department and reviewed for completeness, accuracy and quality. The QC department monitors inspector quality and performance, these key performance indicators help with the determination of future inspection assignments.
We strive for a 24 hour turn time for inspection and report completion.
